1. Scope of Application
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all sales and deliveries made by Glow Tallow s.r.o. to consumers.
Our offers are intended exclusively for consumers. By placing an order in our online shop, you confirm that you are acting solely for private purposes and not in the course of business or professional activity.
1.2. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.
3.2. By clicking the button “Buy Now”, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods listed on the order page.
3.3. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods.
3.4. In case of prepayment, the contract is concluded once payment is completed.
3.5. The contract text and these T&C will be sent to you by email after the order has been placed.

4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
4.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending a clear statement (e.g., email) within the withdrawal period.
4.3. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
4.4. Please return products in their original packaging where possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4.5. For hygiene or health protection reasons, certain products cannot be returned if opened or used (e.g. skincare or personal-use items) in accordance with §1837(g) of the Czech Civil Code.
4.6. Refunds are made to the same payment method used in the original transaction.

5. Prices, Shipping & Payment
5.1. All product prices include VAT and other applicable charges.
5.2. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and confirmed before the order is placed.
5.3. Payment options include common electronic methods (credit/debit cards, online payments).
5.4. All refunds are made to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Delivery & Retention of Title
6.1. Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier. Within the Czech Republic and EU, orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after payment.
6.2. Until full payment has been received, all goods remain the property of Glow Tallow s.r.o.
6.3. For deliveries outside the EU, customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

7. Gift Cards & Discount Codes
7.1. Gift cards can be purchased online and are sent digitally by email as a PDF with a code.
7.2. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the end of the year in which they were purchased.
7.3. Gift cards can be used for multiple orders until the total value is spent.
7.4. Discounts, coupons, or promotional codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
7.5. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be credited back to the same card.

8. Warranty & Defects
8.1. The statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with the Czech Civil Code (§2165 et seq.).
8.2. In the event of a defect, you have the right to demand repair, replacement, a reasonable price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.
8.3. Please report visible transport damage to the courier upon delivery and inform us immediately. Failure to do so does not affect your legal rights.

9. Liability
9.1. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and under the Product Liability Act.
9.2. For minor negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages related to the contract.
9.3. Further liability is excluded.
9.4. These limitations also apply to our representatives and employees.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
11.1. The contractual relationship is governed by Czech law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
11.2. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your home country remain unaffected.
11.3. The contract language is English (translations into other languages are for convenience only).

12.1. We aim to resolve all issues amicably.

13. Final Provisions
13.1. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
